In 2019, the renowned architectural firm Bruno Fioretti Marquez won the competition for the site in Hamburg’s old town. During the approval planning phase, NAICE Architects collaborated on the project and further advanced the design. The Nikolai Quarter is uniquely defined by the interplay of old and new. Historically, it marks the birthplace of Hamburg’s merchant city. A new chapter begins: a modern high-rise offering exclusive yet flexible office, retail, and dining spaces in a prime city-center location directly on the Fleet.
