Modular.Office

The modular office concept was developed for temporary use. The foundation for the office building consists of used portable building units that are reactivated and rebuilt from ground up with the latest technology. As needed, the respective modules can be designed differently resulting, when combined, in a complete office unit. 

In close consultation with the users, a sustainable and affordable concept was developed that can endure beyond the use at the current location. 

The mounted wooden façades communicate the impression of a monolithic structure, but are separable and can be disassembled using a modular principle.

The building was completed in the shortest period of time and forms a prototype for various use concepts in various dimensions.
